- Despatch from Perth, Western Australia.
- Protects goods while in transit.
- Australia Post will Guarantee Delivery, with reimbursement if lost/damaged.
Pricing & Currency:
All prices mentioned are in Australian Dollars (AUD), and are inclusive of GST. There is a dropdown menu that allows you to pay in your own native currency if AUD is not suitable to pay for you.
Warranty/Repair:
For units within warranty a product swap over is given . Should you require assistance regarding a warranty claim or repair job please send an email with a full description of the problem you are experiencing including the order number linked with the item you purchased from Modariffic. Please also understand that delays will occur if no order number is placed. email: support (at) modariffic dot com.
Lost in transit packages:
- Insured:
- If you have paid for insurance with Modariffic please include the Insured article number to follow up on an outstanding order. Australia Post offices are open Mon - fri 9am - 4pm, for a speedier response please contact us within this time frame.
- Non-Insured:
- Modariffic has a very high standard of packaging, ensuring goods are shipped in a professional and timely manner. If you are still waiting for your package after the estimated time, please feel free to contact us- we will endevaour to help you with your request as much as we can within our power
Please note: We urge all customers to verify the postage address before an order is made. Modariffic cannot be held responsible for undeliverable addresses. Articles that are not delivered as a result of this are returned to Modariffic as part of the insurance fee. Any orders sent back to Modariffic will incur another fee for the item to be reshipped to the correct destination.
